Booking terms

The basics for booking Ella-Grace. Plain and fair.

Deposit & payment

• A 50% deposit is taken by card to confirm and secure your date.
• The deposit is non-refundable — it reserves the date and turns away other enquiries.
• The remaining 50% is due on the day of the performance, before the set begins.
• Prices shown are a guide. Travel beyond the local area or special requests may be agreed with Ceri and added to the balance.

Confirming a date

• A date is only held once the deposit is paid. Until then it stays open to others.
• If a date isn't shown as available, you can send an enquiry and Ceri will confirm whether it can be made to work before any payment is taken.

Changes & cancellation

• Need to move a date? Contact Ceri as early as possible and we'll do our best to re-arrange, subject to availability.
• If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded. The balance is only due if the performance goes ahead.
• In the rare event Ella-Grace cannot perform, the deposit is refunded in full or the date rescheduled — your choice.

On the day

• Every booking includes a professional PA. Access, power and a safe performance space should be available on arrival.
• Ella-Grace is a young performer and is accompanied by a chaperone at every event.

All bookings and enquiries are handled by Ella-Grace's manager, Ceri. Personal contact details are not published on this site for safeguarding reasons.
