What we collect when you enquire or book, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who handles your information

Bookings and enquiries for Ella-Grace are managed by Ceri, her manager, who is the data controller for anything you send through this site. Ella-Grace performs under a professional chaperone and no personal or location details of the performer are published here.

What we collect

Only what a booking needs. When you send an enquiry or book a date, we collect:

Your name
Your email address
Your phone number
The venue or place of the event
The date, the show you want and how long you need
Anything you type into the notes box

We do not ask for, and do not want, any more than that. Please do not put sensitive personal information in the notes box.

Card payments

Deposits are taken by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen by, sent to, or stored on this website. We only ever see that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the booking it relates to. Stripe processes your payment as its own data controller under its privacy policy at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Payments appear on your statement as ELLA GRACE MUSIC.

Why we are allowed to hold it

To perform a contract with you. We cannot take a booking, hold a date or turn up to your event without your contact details.
Legal obligation. Payment and booking records are kept for tax and accounting purposes.

Who we share it with

Nobody who does not need it. Specifically:

Stripe, to take and process your deposit.
Telegram, used to alert Ceri and Catalyst Bridge, who run the booking system for her, that a new enquiry or booking has come in. The alert includes your name and contact details so she can get back to you.
Catalyst Bridge, who build and maintain this website and its booking system on Ceri's instructions.

We never sell your details, and we never pass them to anyone for marketing.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Bookings and enquiries are stored on a private server in London, United Kingdom. Access is restricted. Booking and payment records are kept for six years to meet UK tax requirements. Enquiries that never turn into a booking are deleted once they are clearly no longer live.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of visitors.

Two things on the site are loaded from other companies and may set their own cookies in your browser:

The Spotify player embedded on the About section.
Google Fonts, used for the typefaces.

If you would rather not load these, most browsers let you block third-party cookies in their settings.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it. Ask through the booking form and we will deal with it within one month.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Getting in touch

All enquiries, including anything about your information, go through Ceri using the booking form on this site. Personal contact details are not published here for safeguarding reasons, as Ella-Grace is a young performer.
